- How do I reserve a spot?
- All cohorts are booked through Eventbrite — the link on each retreat page goes straight to the live ticket page, with current availability and pricing.
- What's the refund policy?
- Eventbrite handles refunds. Per the listings, refunds are available up to 7 days before the event.
- How many seats are left?
- Live availability is shown on Eventbrite and updates in real time as tickets sell. We don't mirror that count here to avoid showing stale numbers.
- What's included?
- All-inclusive: lodging at Legacy Mountain Retreat, all meals on-site, sessions hosted by Summer & Rob, and full access to the 180+ acre estate (pond, trails, hammocks, fire).
- Travel logistics?
- Lexington (LEX) is the closest airport — about an hour by car. Reach out and we'll help you sort the drive.
- How do I get on the waitlist for a sold-out cohort?
